  • Is there parking outside the salon?
    Unfortuantely there is no parking directly outside of the salon. The closest public car park is Britannia Place Car Park, Hoopers Place, SN1 3RA. Parking is just - 1 to 2 hours £1.00 · 2 to 3 hours - £2.20 · 3 to 4 hours - £3.00. You can pay at the machine or on the Pay By Phone app.
  • How do I arrange a patch test for my appointment?
    All eyelash and eyebrow treatments require a patch test, your therapist will contact you via email to let you know of available times to pop by and have a patch test done. If there is any reaction your treatment will sadly not be able to go ahead. It is your responsibilty to come in for the patch test, if you realise on the day you have not had it done the same salon cancellation policy will apply.
  • Do you offer mobile appointments?
    We do not offer any mobile appointments, all treatments will be carried out at our salon in Old Town. The only excpetion for this is bridal makeup in which you can contact Lana with any bridal enquiries.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or rearrange my appointment?
    If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please just contact us direct to do so. If you have given 48 hours or more notice before the scheduled appointment there will be no fees applied. For any cancellations less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment you can find our full cancellation policies here. We do understand sometimes unexpected circumstances may mean you have to reschedule appointments, if you are cancelling with less than 48 hours notice please contact us now.
