Vit C10 serum is a powerful antioxidant containing L-ascorbic acid at 10%, which has been clinically proven to help clear free radicals caused by ageing, lifestyle and pollution. These free radicals also damage small blood vessels which carry vital nutrients to the skin. The Hydrate Superfacial A powerful, high concentration of 15 % hyaluronic acid in the HA15 serum. A humectant to attract moisture from the blood vessels into the skin. Cancellation Policy

We are an established beauty salon and during busy times our appointment diary can be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy. We do realise that at times unexpected circumstances may mean you have to reschedule appointments but respectfully ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice. For any changes or cancellations please contact us on hello@sweetpbeautysalon.com. Select services require a £10 non-refundable booking fee payable via bank transfer to secure the appointment slot. Your beauty therapist will contact you to take payment if a booking fee is required for your appointment. The booking fee will be redeemed against the full treatment cost on the day of your appointment. ​Booking Fee's are non-transferrable and non-refundable, they will only be valid for the appointment scheduled when the booking fee payed and cannot be transferred to a new appointment date. Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services. As our therapists time is reserved specifically for you we cannot provide any exceptions to this policy and the following fees and terms apply: There are no fees applied for cancellations or reschedules that have given 48 hours or more notice. Cancellations or reschedules giving less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the full treatment price. No Shows & cancellations within 24 hrs of the appointment will be charged 100% of the booking. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. Clients who have missed a previous appointment will be asked to pay in full when booking all future appointments. These payments are non-refundable in the instance of a no show. In the instance of a rescheduling of an appointment giving less than 48 hours notice the rescheduling fee will be deducted from the advance payment. In order to book your next appointment cancellation and rescheduling fee’s must be paid in full. ​The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform any other clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.
